In 1985, China National Export Bases Development Corporation Chongqing Branch was founded.

In 1999, the state-owned enterprise was reformed to be a joint-company and renamed as Chongqing Chinabase Imp & Exp Co., Ltd. (CQCB).

In 2002, CQCB won the title of "Top 15 export Enterprise of Chongqing" and successfully passed the ISO quality management system certification.

In 2003, President of CQCB won the title of Top 10 Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs of Chongqing".

In 2004, CQCB won the title of "Civilized Enterprise of Chongqing".

In 2005, CQCB won the title of "Enterprises on Customs' Red List".

In 2008, CQCB established its branches in the cities of Chengdu, Kunming, Guiyang and Guangzhou.

In 2010, CQCB became one of the first enterprises settled in Chongqing Cuntan Bonded Port Area.

In 2011, CQCB took the lead to use ERP and OA management systems in the foreign trade industry of Chongqing.

In 2012, the headquarters of CQCB was moved from "Foreign Trade Building, Jiangbei District" to Fortune Tower A, Yubei District".
